Underground bases have nothing to do with aliens, and everything to do with nuclear strikes.

The Anglo-American establishment sought to create a world government with the engineered World War I through the problem-reaction-solution Hegelian dialectic of the League of Nations, which ultimately failed.  Following that war, a second was engineered with the fascists and communists both receiving funding from Wall Street and other elite combines for the purpose of allowing a real enemy to run amok.  This is why the Rockefeller Foundation, Ford Foundations, Carnegie Endowment, JP Morgan and others are on record having funded communism and fascism, as Dr. Carroll Quigley notes at length in Tragedy and Hope.  Keep in mind as well, Tragedy and Hope is not a conspiracy text, but a chronicle of the Anglo establishment writing about his investigations of the Western establishment’s own documents.

The most amazing aspect of Quigley’s book is the admission of the Western elite’s funding of socialism and fascism for the purpose of controlled, although real, conflict.  The wars are engineered because war is a racket.  While adept researchers are aware of all this, the question remains, “What is being planned in the next few decades?”  Is it appropriate to speculate about the underground bases, military build ups, surveillance state, secret tech, drug trade, proxy wars, staged terror events, expansionism, and Russian/Chinese/Anglo strategies?  What is the longterm endgame here?

Clearly the Anglo establishment is intent upon their new world order, and are funding and welcoming these conflicts with the intention of a new world war which has the advantage of distracting from economic woes, rallying the masses around phony patriotism and propaganda, and the need for a global military and economic authority to police the regional conflicts that will arise due to the planned integration of the continental unions.  As I have written before, the Eurasian Union, the American Unions, and the African Union will function as the economic and authoritarian centers for the shadow government that is already in place in the West.  For this to emerge, the right crises are necessary to bring about the central military and economic planning bureaus that will enforce a global socialism, modelled after the Fabian socialists of England.  This is precisely what the EU already is, and is what the EU-Russian merger will be, as well as the North American Union.  The justifications for these mergers is always “free trade,” regardless of the Marxist or socialist status of the member nations.

Analyst Joel Skousen makes the case that the coming conflict must be nuclear in order to do sufficient damage to western sites, as well as enticing Russia into a nuclear event that will end in Russia’s defeat.  Russia’s satellite states in South America, Africa and the Balkans must be enticed so as to allow for a global involvement, with the U.S. receiving a preemptive strike, and the retaliation being the annihilation of Russia with the West’s super high-tech space-based weapons.  It is a constant back-story news feature about Russian and Chinese spies stealing and being given western technology, Skousen argues, for Russia to be enticed.  When Russia takes the bait, the US will respond with the billions of dollars of black budget defense weaponry that we know exists, but don’t really know about.  Wired magazine, for example, ran this story:

“These secrets are different. Their names are obscured by code words, or simply listed as “classified programs.” But with a little digging, we can get a (limited) sense of how much money is being spent on the U.S. government’s most secret military projects. In fact, you can take a look for yourself. We’ve put together this spreadsheet with the latest information. Feel free to add, subtract and edit it — kind of like a classified cash wiki.

This year, the military’s black budget appears to be a little over $51 billion, down from the $56 billion which held steady for the last two years, not including inflation. The reductions are also not really a surprise considering the cuts happening nearly everywhere else.”

Concerning the expansions in Africa that we are now seeing, Wired projected in February of last year:

“The Pentagon budget also sheds light on the shadowy world of special operations forces and their “new normal” requirements in Afghanistan “and other locations” like the Horn of Africa. According to SOCOM’s operation and maintenance budget, an estimated 11,500 special forces personnel are expected to be in Afghanistan next year, a drop from the 12,321 (or so) commandos financed for this year. SOCOM is also getting a $796 million shave, but some budget wizardry should make up the difference. According to the budget, $889 million was shuffled from SOCOM’s overseas spending to “baseline” budgets with titles like “contract services” and “contractor logistics support.”

Stratrisks explains the operations in Africa by Africom as follows:

“Africa (AFRICOM) command and its Identity Resolution Team now cooperate with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for conducting operations in Eastern Africa. Objective: to identify some “bad actors” (KST to known suspected terrorists, the SIA for special interest alien): traffickers, criminal, terrorists likely to attempt to travel to the United States.

The nationals of several countries of Eastern Africa are in the crosshairs: Kenya, Tanzania, Sudan, Uganda, Ethiopians, Somalis. But the Sahel and West Africa are now treated as sensitive areas.

In August 2012, AFRICOM biometrics experts travelled to Pretoria to train officials from the ICE.A full-scale exercise followed in September at the Kenya local personnel have also been trained.

Biometric data (fingerprints, iris) collected are then handed to the US agencies such as the FBI, DoD, DHS…”

We are now seeing the manifestation of the black budget above as the biometric ID tracking and the special/black operations.  Libya, Mali and now Algiers are the present targets of the proxy wars, false flag terror and now the intelligence-run hostage crisis that is presently plastering the news media.  This is the Anglo establishment moving their forces into Russian controlled areas through proxy wars.  The key to these operations is intelligence and media propaganda that attempts to give rise to justified invasion.  Researchers and analysts have known for several years these operations were in the works for Africa by Africom.  This also gives justification for the implementation of biometric ID tracking, since the auspice is tracking “bad guys.”

“There could be no negotiations” with terrorists, the French media quoted him as saying in the central French city of Tulle.

Hollande said the hostages were “shamefully murdered” by their captors, and he linked the event to France’s military operation against al-Qaida-backed rebels in neighboring Mali. “If there was any need to justify our action against terrorism, we would have here, again, an additional argument,” he said.

President Barack Obama said in a statement Saturday that the U.S. stood ready to provide whatever assistance was needed in the wake of the attack.

“This attack is another reminder of the threat posed by al-Qaida and other violent extremist groups in North Africa. In the coming days, we will remain in close touch with the Government of Algeria to gain a fuller understanding of what took place so that we can work together to prevent tragedies like this in the future,” the statement said.”

Remember not to think dualistically here. This is the Obama that openly funds Al Qaeda, and Hollande is a socialist, part of the Socialist Internationale, and thus would support the secular government, while the West utilizes Al Qaeda as a tool for terror and chaos, justifying Africom intervention and the support of socialist Hollande.   Al Qaeda, you see, has happened to infiltrate in all these areas!:

“The standoff has put the spotlight on these al-Qaida-linked groups that roam these remote areas, threatening vital infrastructure and energy interests. The militants initially said their operation was intended to stop a French attack on Islamist militants in neighboring Mali – though they later said it was two months in the planning, long before the French intervention.”

According to Skousen, these are client states of Russia that the West intends to encroach upon, leading up to the provocation of the third world war.  Skousen writes:

“The African continent is home to the second largest source of strategic minerals. Russia and China are the other sources, and they intend to control all sources of rare earth minerals including its numerous client states in Africa: Angola, Mozambique, Nigeria, the Congo, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, Libya, and many others. Russia indirectly controls almost all African governments by having established a dependency on Soviet-era military hardware–even those that currently play as if they are in the UN’s sloppy orbit. None of the African states are capable of governing themselves with stability anymore and thus are constantly susceptible to control or conquest. The Sudan is the sole African nation so far drifting into the Chinese sphere of influence as China desperately seeks to secure more exclusive contracts for oil–one of China’s biggest strategic weaknesses. The kingpin of Russia’s's African strategy, however, focuses on southern Africa. South Africa’s ruling ANC Party has always been a not-so-secret Communist Trojan horse in that country and will eventually turn over all of South Africa’s resources and strategic geographical advantage to Russia. The horn of southern Africa is one of the world’s strategic choke points.”

This is why, as Stephen Dorril writes in his MI6, Nelson Mandela was recruited as an MI6 asset. The ANC is a horrbile and real communist satellite, and the West has attempted to infiltrate and control it.  So strategically controlling Africa is detrimental to the control of natural resources and halting Russian and Chinese expansion.  The black budget mentioned above extends to DARPA and the secret space program which likely possesses space-based ”decapitation weapons” which is what the West will bank on in a world-wide Russo-Chinese conflict.

The interesting part here is the buildup of underground bases and armaments by both sides, East and West.  In the U.S., there are secret underground facilities everywhere, including beneath the Denver Airport and in the Ozark Mountain complex. These kinds of complexes make sense in the event of a preemptive nuclear strike, with the end goal being a new world order that has fostered a new cold war with China. Both of these were recently featured in the Jesse Ventura “Conspiracy Theory” show:

And in regards to Russia, the Yamantau Mountain Complex which is a focal point for Russian weapons production:
